Dr. Boaz Ben-Amitai, LL.B. and BA. in Economics, Tel Aviv University; LLM and PhD, University of Cambridge.

Boaz interned at S. Horowitz & Co.  and was admitted to the Israel Bar in 1993. Boaz was and associate at S. Horowitz & Co. from 1993 to 1997, and then went on to acquire an LLM and a PhD at the University of Cambridge. Boaz joined our firm in 2010.

Boaz is a partner in our firm, litigating complex civil-commercial cases. Among other things, Boaz handles large-scale financial claims, corporate disputes and power struggles, class actions and derivative actions. Among the clients represented by Boaz are leading major corporations and leading companies in the Israeli and world economy.
