Sharon is a senior partner in our firm, and has extensive experience in managing and litigating complex civil and commercial cases. Sharon coordinates and supervises multiple complex and challenging large-scale disputes. Among other cases, he handles class actions and derivative actions, corporate control disputes, resolution of commercial disputes involving securities and financial instruments as well as international disputes conducted in Israel and abroad. Among the clients represented by Sharon are major corporations and leading companies in both the Israeli and international economy.
