Adv. Tomer Waizel, LL.B. (cum laude), was on the Dean’s List throughout his studies.

Tomer interned in the Litigation Department of Ram Caspi & Co. He was admitted to the Israel Bar in 2007, and joined our firm the same year.

Tomer is a partner in our firm, and is experienced in managing and handling civil and commercial litigation cases before all instances, but primarily the District Courts and the Supreme Court. Among the clients represented by Tomer are leading major international and Israeli corporations and business and economic leaders in Israel. Tomer handles a variety of large-scale and complex disputes, including corporate disputes and power struggles, derivative actions and class actions, financial-civil claims, partnership disputes, disputes involving real estate interests, family and marital disputes, administrative petitions and petitions to the High Court of Justice.
